Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel as comfortable as our bamboo fabric, so we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear that has been opened or tried on cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
